AUTOMATED WELDING PROGRAM GENERATION
Smarobics enables the import of 3D drawings in over 50 file formats, ensuring compatibility with all major 3D design software such as Tekla, STEP, and IGES. By directly importing 3D design files of the product, the system automatically calculates weld paths, generates welding programs, and assigns welding parameters within the software environment.
It can identify material thickness, recommend appropriate welding parameters, and automatically generate weld seams even on complex workpiece surfaces — including gaps and intricate geometries found in various types of built-up steel beams. Traditionally, robotic welding systems required manual programming. With Smarobics, this entire process is fully automated and executed right from the design office.
ROBOT SIMULATION FUNCTION
Real-time simulation of the entire production line involving robotic systems. The core advantage lies in its ability to calculate welding time and detect potential collisions in advance, allowing the system to halt operations promptly and prevent damage or loss.

Smarobics supports seamless integration with a wide range of peripheral equipment, including:
