GENERAL INTRODUCTION
IHH0815-S2 is the latest intelligent 3 in 1 welding machine of Bruco.
The machine has the ability to assemble, weld, straighten beam (I, H) with many new features to increase welding quality, improve labor performance.
OUTSTANDING FEATURES
- IHH0815-S2 integrates intelligent welding head set which has X Y motion axes using servo motor and ball screw. Thus, the machine offers high-precision on the weld position.
- The process of clamping, straightening, supporting beams is fully automated, flux recovery systems are automatically opened and closed by cylinder
- Two mass connection are added directly to the flange, thereby increasing the stability of welding
- IHH0815-S2 apply Tandem mig welding technology under the flux for high efficiency and fast welding speed. The wire feeder integrates encoders which controls the output speed and makes the welding line be stable and good quality
- IHH0815-S2 is programed with a set of welding parameters (>200 programes) which supports effectively for operation process
- IHH0815-S2 has a monitoring user function to help evaluate performance. It can be a timekeeping, report the machine condition, actual welding time and time when turn on the machine but not welding …
- The machine is connected to a central computer via internet. The data and parameters of the machine will be sent to the central computer daily, monthly, and quarterly
