Machine performance and structural characteristics
4.1 Machine performance
- New rigid design and finite element optimization analysis to minimize the impact of bending deformation on workpiece quality
- The machine is equipped with the imported hydraulic system of the first-class bending machine from Germany, which effectively ensures the high-speed, high-efficiency, reliable and stable operation of the machine.
- This product comes standard with one-way servo pump control technology, which not only can achieve energy saving of more than 40%, but also can reduce the oil temperature of hydraulic system, prolong the service life of hydraulic components and sealing components, reduce the frequency of hydraulic oil replacement, and reduce customer’s using and maintenance costs
- The new exterior industrial design leads the modern trend, and the painting is made of Aksu paint imported from the Netherlands.
4.2 Machine structure
- All steel plate is welded integrally and has strong earthquake resistance
- Using a large tempering furnace to eliminate stress, good stability, and the frame will never deform;
- The frame is formed by the Spanish pentahedron machining center at one time, which ensures the parallelism and verticality of each mounting surface;
- There is a “C”-shaped plate mechanism at the throat of the rack to directly detect the distance between the upper and lower molds to ensure the accuracy of the parts.
4.3 Ram structure
- Upper bending design, low noise, stable working condition;
- The ram is thickened and widened to minimize the deflection during bending;
- Unique double-rail structure (as shown below), the slider runs more smoothly;
- Universal upper mold mounting surface can meet the clamping requirements of the mold to the utmost extent
- The lower part of the ram is equipped with a scale, metric and inch double scale display, which is convenient for the operator to change the mold and center the bend.
4.4 Hydraulic system
- Using the most advanced full-closed electro-hydraulic servo synchronous control system, it can achieve high speed, high precision and high efficiency performance
- The hydraulic control system is imported into Germany REXROTH or HAWE company, and the hydraulic system control is stable and reliable
- Y1 and Y2 can be programmed separately, can work under eccentric load condition, or can be tapered;
- The bottom dead point has pressure holding time, programmable to ensure the accuracy of different parts;
- With slow return control function, the operator can control the workpiece better
- Using Italian GIVI linear magnetic scale, high-precision guiding system, position measuring system and hydraulic equalization function, can meet the processing needs of full-length or eccentric load
- The inner seal of the cylinder is Austrian SKF, which has strong sealing and long service life
- The hydraulic system pipe fittings and joints are imported from abroad, with good quality and strong performance;
- The hydraulic system has overload overflow safety protection
- The oil level is clear and intuitive
- The machine tool can work continuously under the rated load, and the hydraulic system guarantees no leakage and the processing is stable and high precision
4.5 Backgauge system
- The equipment is suitable for processing multiple bends and high precision workpieces
- The speed of the back gauge is fast and the positioning accuracy is high
- X, R axis adopts ball screw drive, linear guide,Digital AC servo motor drive with retraction control function
- The three fingers move along the double linear guides to the left and right, with high precision
- The box type retaining beam stop structure has sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity
- Unique block structure, which expands the range of the material, widens the head of the finger top, and the surface is hardened.
4.6 Electrical system
Electrical components adopt imported or joint venture products, comply with international standards, safe and reliable, long life, strong anti-interference ability, electric control cabinet has heat dissipation device
4.7 Crowning system
The lower worktable is equipped with mechanical deflection compensation device to compensate the closed-loop control. The control precision is high. The compensation amount is automatically calculated and set by the numerical control system to ensure the consistency of the full-length bending angle

4.9 Mold clamping and configuration
- Upper mold clamping method: Yawei high-grade mechanical quick clamping, can install and disassemble segment mold from the bottom
- Upper mold: 1 set of standard straight knife (code 10.105, length 515mm*6), high precision, interchangeable
- Lower mold: 1 set of standard 2V lower mold (code 20.252, length 515mm*6), high precision, interchangeable
- Lower mold clamping method: 1 set of T-type quick mold change pad (code 20.603, length 515mm*6)
4.10 Other configuration
Two left and right support racks that can be moved along the linear guides. The handles are loosened and can be lifted up and down.
