SMART HORIZONTAL WELDING MACHINE HN0630-S2F

GENERAL INTRODUCTION:

HN0630-S2 is a smart gantry welding machine with horizontal welding position, dedicated to welding steel beam in steel structure factories. Machine welds the beam in F2 position, workpieces are stationery and welding gantry moves during welding time.

• Main machine: 01 set, including: 01 machine frame; 02 supply and recovery welding flux system; 02 automatic welding arms; 01 cable hanging system; 01 set of gate rails.
• Control system: 01 KEYENCE controller with two languages English/Vietnamese.
• Welding source: 4 sets Megmeet Artsen CM500R

OUTSTANDING FEATURES

• Integration of an intelligent welding torch with a laser seam-tracking sensor combined with servo, step, ball screw mechanisms, allowing the welding torch to automatically adjust to the correct position.
• The welding portal has the capability to operate like a 3-axis robotic welding arm.
• The welding current adjustment and the automatic supply/exhaust of fumes are completely automated.
• The 2F welding posture, combined with Tandem MIG welding technology under the flux layer, ensures fast welding speed and high-quality welds.
• The welding power source offers numerous advantages such as a wide, stable, and durable input voltage range. The welding power supply unit has an encoder to control wire feed speed, ensuring stable welding current and weld quality
• The touchscreen control panel, supporting both English and Vietnamese languages with pre-installed welding DATA sets, facilitates easy training for machine operators, optimizing labor costs.
• Integration with Ethernet IP allows connection to SCADA or MES systems. Machine data is sent to the server for comprehensive reporting on a shift/daily/monthly/quarterly basis, evaluating the performance of both the machine and the workforce.
