1. Laser Source

2. Laser Head

The distance between the metal surface being cut is sensed through an automatic sensor and the data is transmitted to the drive controller; the distance between the follower laser head and the pipe being cut can be automatically kept constant to avoid a decrease in cutting accuracy caused by uneven metal surfaces. And avoid damaging components such as nozzles. This cutting head has strong advantages in small and medium power small format fiber laser cutting applications. The internal structure of the laser head is completely sealed to prevent dust contamination of the optical part.

3. Servo drive

The bus control method is adopted to ensure accurate positioning and optimal acceleration dynamic response, which makes the automatic positioning mechanism operate smoothly, reliably and maintenance-free; X, Y, Z axis high-power motor drive

4. Transmission piece

Fast speed, high precision and strong reliability ensure long-term smooth operation. Higher speed and lower noise volume ensure high accuracy and long service life.

5. Servo Pulling device

Servo material pulling and clamping cutting reduces material pulling and improves efficiency. A single cutting stroke can reach 1.2 meters.

6. Laser cutting system

The TUBCUT system supports STP graphics import, automatically generates cutting paths, and can set the path cutting process in sections. Supports path translation function, which can compensate for errors caused by non-standard pipe materials. Supporting small holes, the flying cutting function can greatly improve cutting efficiency and productivity. Supports round tubes, square tubes, waist-shaped tubes, triangular tubes, oval tubes and other special-shaped tubes.
