GENERAL INTRODUCTION
HN0630-S2 is a smart gantry welding machine with horizontal welding position, dedicated to welding steel beam in steel structure factories. Machine welds the beam in F2 position, workpieces are stationary and welding gantry moves during welding time
OUTSTANDING FEATURES
- HN0630-S2 applies independent 2-wires arc welding technology which is researched by BRUCO for better quality and higher speed of welding. When welding thin beams (K≤10), the machine can weld A, K and curved beam with the smallest radius 3000mm and the maximum angle 25˚
- Good welding quality and high welding speed.
- HN0630-S2 uses laser sensor with 0.05mm of accuracy to detect the welding line automatically.
- HN0630-S2 is equipped with intelligent welding controller with touch screen, programmable, able to manage information, store data, connect Ethernet, report error.
- The machine is pre-installed with an optimal set of welding parameters to support the operation process and minimize errors when setting parameters by operators.
