The design of the 2-point closed frame press - JAE2 SERIES is standardized, modular, and universal, optimized for maintenance and configuration expansion.
The main parts are fully welded with steel plates, welds are inspected, and stress-relief annealing is performed to enhance durability and structural stability.
The structure of the press machine is highly rigid, with large components simulated by finite element analysis (FEA), achieving better stiffness than 1/8000.
The column guide system uses guide bushings combined with a reverse eccentric gear mechanism to reduce side force and increase stability during pressing.
