Main Features
BRUCO V-0820A Automatic Beam Tack and Welding Line is an intelligent vertical welding station that integrates tack – weld – straighten beam wings in one device. Featuring tandem MIG welding technology under flux, laser path sensing, the V-0820A helps create beautiful, stable, precise welds and is easy to operate. The equipment is optimized for large-scale steel structure production, saving space and labor.

2.1. Beam Turning System V-0820-A.RT
Includes 5 independent hydraulic turning arms, maximum load per unit: 7500 kg
Beam turning angle 0–90° using hydraulic valve + mechanical limit
Each unit can operate independently or synchronously, allowing flexible welding angles
Controlled via wireless handle, connected to central electrical cabinet
Main hydraulic valve: YUKEN / REXROTH – origin Japan / Germany

2.2. Multi-functional Vertical Beam Assembly Machine V-0820A
Integrates functions of wing erection – belly pressing – welding – straightening in one machine unit
Smart welding head using Keyence laser sensor (Japan), automatically detects weld profile
Welding head moves in X and Y directions by servo motor and ball screw, ensuring high accuracy and speed
Central control system using Keyence CPU, Vietnamese touch screen interface
Press – erect – straighten mechanism uses hydraulic cylinder, combined with proximity sensor and automatic pneumatic system
Wire feeder with encoder
Automatic flux dispensing and suction system
