What is a Beam Tack Welding Machine?
Beam Tack Welding Machine is used to tack weld 2 beams at the same time using 2 welding torches on both sides. After the steel is cut into sheets from a cnc plasma cutting machine or cnc oxy-gas cutting machine, the sheets are tack welded through an automatic beam tack welding machine into an H beam using a hydraulic system and welding source.

Main components of the BZJ2000-S1 Plus include:
- Main machine: main body, upper beam, waist, wing, and center clamping device, main drive and reduction gear, manual support device)

- Hydraulic system: 1 set including oil pump station, high-pressure pipe, hydraulic cylinder
- Electrical control system: 1 set including control cabinet, control cable
- Automatic welding system: 2 Weldcom VMAG 500 or Megmeet Artsen CM350R welding sources
Centering Clamp:
Centered by 4 pressure rollers for the wings and 8 rollers for the waist, ensuring almost absolute accuracy (error only <<1mm ).
- Can easily remove 04 waist clamping rollers when tacking small-sized beams (can tack beams with a small waist plate of 160mm)
- Smart, compact design allows for quick, precise eccentric beam welding adjustments
- Hydraulic motor-driven mechanism combined with chain, smooth and precise lead screw and slide rail movement (noise reduction)

Compression Cylinder:

Tack Welding Torch Mechanism:
- The tack welding torch mechanism is designed right at the compression point between the compression cylinder and the main roller shaft, ensuring very precise tacking without gaps between the waist and wing plates
- The welding torch clamp head is sturdy and self-adjusting, ensuring the tack weld is always precise at the exact corner between the waist and wing of the beam.
Drive Mechanism:
The main drive motor is neatly housed under the machine with a protective cover, saving workshop space and ensuring operational safety.
