Bruco 5-axis laser pipe cutting machine LPC 80-B5 is specially designed for medium and small pipes. It has a pipe center clamping function, can perform full cutting, reduce the amount of material pulling, enhance cutting efficiency, improve the accuracy of the cutting position, and reduce the accuracy requirements of the pipe itself. The cutting system is independently researched and developed, capable of easily cutting pipes with special shapes.

Independently developed BUS control system

CNC cutting machine features an independent, high-efficiency BUS control system, simple operation. 

The independently developed laser capacitor height controller is a high-performance control device applying a closed-loop control method. It also provides a unique Ethernet communication interface (TCP/IP protocol), which can easily realize functions such as automatic height tracking, segmented piercing, progressive piercing, edge finding, jumping, and arbitrary cutting height setting. While ensuring cutting accuracy, the response speed is also maximized.

Servo pulling

Fiber laser cutting head

• The distance between the laser head and the pipe to be cut can be automatically kept constant to avoid reducing cutting accuracy due to uneven metal surfaces and to prevent damage to the nozzle and other equipment.
• The internal structure of the laser head is completely sealed to prevent the optical part from being contaminated by dust;
• Focusing adopts a hexagonal structure, precise and convenient adjustment. The protective lens is installed in a drawer type, more convenient for replacement.

• Both the collimator lens and the focusing lens group have a cooling structure, and the cooling airflow of the nozzle is increased at the same time, effectively protecting the nozzle and ceramic body and extending continuous working time
• CNC fiber laser cutting machine can be equipped with various lasers with QBH connectors, small size and light weight.
• The distance between the metal surface to be cut is sensed by an automatic sensor and the data is transmitted to the drive controller.
