Designed, manufactured, and installed directly by Weldcom, the flexible beam assembly line V4-0820F BRUCO automatic beam welding line is a comprehensive automation solution for modern steel structure factories.
The V4-0820F LINE is composed of the V-0820F automatic beam welding line and an automatic welding gantry system.

The product flow starts from the V-0820F automatic beam welding line.

4. Beam Flipping and Transfer System V-0820-A.TF
- The material transfer station is integrated with a T-flipper and conveyor, facilitating material transfer from machine V-0820-A to V-0820-B.
- Utilizes a hydraulic cylinder system combined with control valves and throttle valves to ensure stability during operation.

For lightweight beams, the welding process ends at station V-0820B
For heavy beams (web over 14mm, flange over 20mm), after complete tacking from station
V-0820B will be transferred to the material storage at the automatic welding gantry system.
The automatic welding gantry system includes
- 3 Beam flipping and transfer systems 180°
- 4 material flipping stations ±45°
- 4 DH2000-1M-TPA2 welding gantries
- Intermediate storage and automatic material transfer conveyor

1. Intermediate Material Storage
At the material storage, the 180° flipping station performs the flipping operation, changing the beam from an I position to an H position

2. Work Distribution Conveyor System & 4 DH2000-1M-TPA2 Welding Gantries
- When one of the four DH2000 welding machines signals for material, the conveyor system will immediately identify the request from the machine and automatically transfer the material from storage to the correct position.
- Flexible sensors, suitable for various beam sizes (Conveyor size 40x2.5m), reduce crane operations, save time, and ensure operator safety
- In the case of multiple simultaneous signals, the software uses a smart dispatch algorithm to prioritize and allocate appropriately, ensuring:
- Optimized material flow
- Minimized waiting time and machine downtime
- Enhanced efficiency

3. 180° Flipping Station and Material Transfer TF-0820EW
- 180° flipping through 2 cycles of 90°
