LPC 80-B5 Bruco Five-Axis Laser Pipe Cutter is specially designed for medium and small pipes. It features a pipe center clamping function, can perform full cuts, reduce the amount of material pulling, enhance cutting efficiency, improve cutting position accuracy, and reduce the precision requirements of the pipe itself. The cutting system is independently researched and developed, capable of easily cutting pipes with special shapes.

Self-developed BUS Control System

Independent, highly efficient, and easy to operate. The self-developed laser capacitor height controller is a high-performance control device that applies a closed-loop control method. It also provides a unique Ethernet communication interface (TCP/IP protocol), allowing easy realization of functions such as automatic height tracking, segmented piercing, progressive piercing, edge finding, jumping, and arbitrary cutting height settings. While ensuring cutting accuracy, the response speed is also maximized.

Servo Pulling

Reduces the amount of material pulling, performs full-stroke cutting, and enhances efficiency. The BUS control method is applied to ensure accurate positioning and dynamic response, making the automatic positioning mechanism operate smoothly, reliably, and maintenance-free; the X, Y, and Z axes are driven by powerful motors

Fiber Laser Cutting Head

• The distance between the laser head and the pipe to be cut can be automatically kept constant to avoid reducing cutting accuracy due to uneven metal surfaces and to prevent damage to the nozzle and other equipment.
• The internal structure of the laser head is completely sealed to prevent the optical part from being contaminated by dust;
• Focusing adopts a hexagonal structure, precise and convenient adjustment. The protective lens is installed in a drawer type, making it more convenient to replace.
• Both the collimator lens and the focusing lens group have a cooling structure, and the cooling airflow of the nozzle is increased at the same time, effectively protecting the nozzle and ceramic body and extending continuous working time
• CNC Cutter can be equipped with various lasers with QBH connectors, small size, and lightweight.
• The distance between the metal surface to be cut is sensed by an automatic sensor, and the data is transmitted to the drive controller.
