Hypertherm HPR800XD Plasma Cutting Source is registered with ISO 9001:2000 standards. The Hypertherm plasma power supply is designed to deliver industry-leading energy efficiency and productivity with an energy efficiency rating of 90% or more and a power factor of up to 0.98.

The Hypertherm HPR800XD Plasma Cutting Source provides all the steel cutting capabilities of the HPR400XD and enhances the ability to cut the thickest stainless steel and aluminum on the market today.
Highest stainless steel performance from very thin to very thick
The new HDi™ technology in the CNC cutting machine delivers HyDefDef cutting quality from 3 mm to 6 mm. Optimized mixed gas provides superior results from 6 mm to 80 mm, and patented PowerPierce™ technology allows for the highest piercing and cutting thickness capability on stainless steel.
Cutting range and flexibility

The Hypertherm HPR800XD Plasma Cutting Source utilizes all HyPerformance Plasma processes from 30 to 400 amps for marking, beveling, and cutting steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. This flexibility extends to thick stainless steel and aluminum, up to 800 amps.
