Main Features
7-axis MIG/MAG HONGLU Robot Station Solution possesses the following main features:

- The software is equipped with an automatic collision detection function. It can automatically determine whether the spatial conditions are sufficient for scanning and positioning with the camera, as well as whether the welding head can access the welding position.

HONGLU SMART ROBOT OPERATION SYSTEM
- System independently developed by Honglu.
- Deeply integrated welding processes, using a vision system to accurately locate component welds. Based on the obtained weld coordinate data, the system integrates a specialized database to automatically create welding programs.
- The software is deployed on a personal computer (PC) system, which can be placed anywhere. Through the TCP/IP protocol, the system allows remote control and operation of welding equipment.

Operating Principle – REVERSE MODELING MODE

(1) The robot performs a comprehensive scan of the workpieces through a global camera (can simultaneously scan multiple parts in the work area)
(2) A reverse model is constructed based on the scanned point cloud data
(3) The software automatically extracts weld path information, matches welding parameters, and plans
(4) Conducts a full check, simulation, and collision detection of the Robot's entire movement path. After verifying no errors, the program is sent to the robot
(5) The robot executes the welding process: scans and accurately locates each weld path before starting welding
Operating Principle – 3D IMPORT MODE

(1) Import 3D file (STEP, IGS, IFC). The software automatically analyzes the geometric relationships between objects
(2) The operator performs laser line scanning and base positioning to determine the workpiece's position
(3) The software automatically exports weld path information, matches welding parameters, and plans the welding trajectory
(4) Conducts a full check, simulation, and collision detection of the Robot's entire movement path. After verifying no errors, the program is sent to the robot
(5) The robot executes the welding process, scans, and accurately determines each weld path before starting

- No-teaching system: Accurate 1:1 3D simulation of robot movement, cycle prediction, and collision detection during programming time
- Dedicated robot controller for welding: Integrates medium-thick plate welding technology packages, supports arc tracking by current, laser, weld path positioning, and image acquisition.
- Point cloud processing: Analyzes scan data to locate the workpiece, identify weld paths, and construct reverse modeling.
- Fully supports traditional teaching and No-teaching functions: For specific welds or limited spaces, the operator can manually teach points; the robot will automatically match welding parameters and execute the weld path according to the optimal program.
- 3 in 1 Laser Camera is a 3D stereoscopic dual-eye active vision camera product, designed for machine vision applications. The camera can quickly generate point cloud data models, RGBD data, depth maps, grayscale images, color images, and other result data information.
- The camera is robustly designed, easily integrated with the robot arm. The camera adapts to many complex environments and supports high-precision modeling even in harsh conditions such as strong light, reflection, and absorption of black-colored objects.
