BTMZ1800-S3 Smart Welding Gantry uses a common machine frame for both versions, with an automatic vertical/horizontal/rotating torch selection mechanism that ensures high stability. The process of adjusting current, feeding/releasing flux is fully automated. All operations are performed via a touchscreen with English/Vietnamese languages, ensuring accurate user operation, avoiding confusion, increasing machine stability, and enhancing welding speed.

MAIN COMPONENTS OF THE MACHINE

• Main machine: 01 set, including: 01 machine frame; 02 automatic flux recovery/discharge systems; 02 S3 welding arms; 01 cable hanger system; 01 gantry rail system.
• Control system: 01 set
• The automatic welding gantry uses a control unit and user interface screen from KEYENCE with English/Vietnamese languages.
• Welding source: 04 Artsen CM500R welding sources from Megmeet and 02 MZ1000 welding sources from Jasic (upgradable to 02 MZ1250 Jasic sources).
• Additionally, the machine is integrated with welding technology developed by BRUCO, automatically optimizing current with pre-integrated welding DATA.

Smart welding gantry BTMZ1800 has 2 versions: BTMZ1800-S3A and BTMZ1800-S3M.

• The BTMZ1800-S3A welding gantry integrates a smart welding head with a laser sensor for seam tracking combined with a step motor and lead screw, allowing the welding head to be automatically adjusted to the correct welding position.
• The BTMZ1800-S3M welding gantry has a manually adjustable welding head to optimize costs for the investor.

OUTSTANDING FEATURES OF THE SMART WELDING GANTRY

• 1F welding position combined with 3-wire Tandem MIG welding technology under flux and automatic current optimization with pre-integrated welding DATA. The BTMZ1800 welding gantry flexibly meets the needs of  
  welding beams from light to heavy-duty beams.
• BTMZ1800-S3M Smart Welding Gantry retains the smart S3 welding control system but does not use a smart welding head to optimize investment costs.
• Applies automatic Tandem MIG welding technology under flux for fast welding speed and high weld quality.
• The welding source used for the machine is a type of welding source for robots with many advantages such as a wide input voltage range, stability, and durability. The wire feeder of the welding source has an Encoder to control the wire feed speed, ensuring stable welding current and weld quality.
• The Bruco BTMZ1800-S3M smart welding gantry uses 02 MZ1000 (or MZ1250) welding sources, using 4.0mm welding wire to increase penetration capability for heavy-duty beams.
• The control unit with S3 mode uses 3-wire 3 independent arc welding technology, optimizing penetration and deposition rate.
• The machine is pre-installed with a welding DATA set, maximizing operational support, easy staff training, and optimizing labor costs.
• Equipped with a user data monitoring system, helping to evaluate work efficiency, measure welding parameters, welding time, and machine downtime for each production shift.
• Integrated Ethernet IP connection to connect to SCADA or MES systems. The data in the smart welding gantry will be sent to the server to provide summarized reports displayed by shift/day/month/quarter.
