1. High rigidity steel frame structure
- The CNC cutting machine body uses a frame structure made from high-quality steel plates, ensuring rigidity and stability.
- The entire machine body is uniformly heat-treated to eliminate residual stress and homogenize the material, maintaining long-term structural stability; according to the manufacturer, the stability period is up to 30 years.
- After heat treatment, the machine body is machined on a large CNC system to ensure surface accuracy according to design requirements.
2. Gantry-type moving beam
