1. Siemens 840DSL IPC Controller

The Siemens 840DSL controller is installed with Win7 operating system, 512 GB capacity, 19-inch touch screen. Compared to famous CNC controllers like Backoff, Fanuct, Fago, Mitshu, Siemens with PC simatic controller, IP 64 protection standard, water and moisture resistant.

2. Hydraulic Lifting Exchange Table

8. SMC (Japan), Airtac (Taiwan), Parker (US) Gas Control System

The laser machine will use 3 main gases: O2, N2, and compressed air. The role of O2 and N2 gases is to support cutting, while compressed air, besides supporting cutting, also has the ability to supply air to the air cylinders to open and close the dust extraction doors, pull the front and rear doors, and cool the cutting gun.

The HLF fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with 3 gas filters and a Parker brand air dryer, the gas passing through the first filter will remove dust, oil concentration, then through the dryer (dehumidifying the air with a dew point temperature of 2-10 degrees). Then it goes through the second and third filters to the cutting head and air cylinders.

The proportional gas control valve from the Lanny brand, originating from Germany with a gas control range from 0 bar to 25 bar.

The valve functions to regulate the gas pressure passing through, meaning before passing through this valve the pressure can be 5 bar, 10 bar but through this valve, the gas pressure will be adjusted down (With common machines not having this function).
