Product Description

REAR SYSTEM

CNC axes are driven by AC servo motors, transmitted through precise ball screws and guided by linear sliding rails.

MECHANICAL QUICK CLAMP FOR UPPER DIE

The mechanical quick clamp helps shorten the time for changing the upper die. The upper die is directly installed from the front, convenient for replacement and adjustment.

T-SHAPED QUICK CLAMP FOR 2V DIE

The T-shaped quick clamp for 2V die helps change the lower die quickly and conveniently.

MECHANICAL COMPENSATION SYSTEM

The mechanical compensation system automatically adjusts according to CNC program commands, helping to compensate for the deformation of the machine table and maintain a consistent bending angle across the entire length of the part.
