4.2. V-0820-A.RT Beam Flipping System
- 0–90° Flipping Station uses a synchronous hydraulic valve system and mechanical limit to ensure stability during operation
- Each group consists of 5 independent flipping frame units, operating simultaneously.
- The flipping angle can be flexibly adjusted or fixed via limit switch.
- The control cabinet is integrated with the distribution station, arranged according to the conveyor position in the line.
- The flipping station is operated by a wireless handle, convenient and safe for users.

4.3. V-0820A Multi-purpose Vertical Beam Welding Machine
- Fully automatic wing erection, web clamping, beam straightening, and welding flux feeding/extraction. Integrates mass contact directly into the beam flange, ensuring stable and high-quality welds.
- Smart welding head integrates laser sensors for precise positioning and weld path tracking. Automatic SAW welding technology under flux and wire feeder with integrated encoder allow high-speed welding with consistent weld profile.
- The welding torch integrates Fly tack technology, convenient for switching from tack to weld mode and vice versa
- Intuitive control interface, bilingual English – Vietnamese, easy to operate and train. Library of over 200 welding parameters helps operators work quickly and accurately.
