• The station structure and S2W welding technology ensure weld quality, high welding productivity, and minimize intermediate stages.
• Additionally, the machine is integrated with welding technology developed by BRUCO, automatically optimizing voltage with pre-integrated welding DATA.

Outstanding Features of Bruco BWH15 - S2W Smart Horizontal Welding Station   

• Integrated with an optimized welding head in terms of technology and size, ensuring welding of various beam sizes.
• Uses 2-wire 2-arc independent welding technology with 04 (or 08) Artsen CM500R Megmeet welding sources, along with a large welding data system, automatically calculating welding parameters. User operations are optimized on the touch control screen.
• Applies Tandem MIG welding technology under flux for fast welding speed and high weld quality. The welding source is a type for robots with many advantages such as a wide input voltage range, stability, and durability. 
• The wire feeder of the welding source has an Encoder to control wire speed, ensuring stable welding current and the highest weld quality.
• The Bruco BWH15 - S2W Smart Horizontal Welding Station is pre-installed with a welding DATA set, providing maximum support during operation, easy operator training, and optimizing labor costs.
• Equipped with user data monitoring to evaluate work efficiency. Measures welding meters, welding time, and machine downtime for each production shift.
• Gantry Welding Machine is integrated with Ethernet IP connection to connect to SCADA or MES systems. The data in the machine will be sent to the server for aggregated display reports by shift/day/month/quarter.

Main Machine: The BWH15-S2W Smart Horizontal Welding Station uses the 2F welding position with many flexible configuration options to suit the investor's output and premises. Customers can choose the following options:

• Full line investment, main machine includes: 01 BWZ15-S1 tacking station; 01 BWH15A-S2W front welding station; 01 BWH15B-S2W rear welding station; 01 BWF15-S1 chain turnover station; 03 hydraulic stations.
• 1/2 line front investment, main machine includes: 01 BWZ15-S1 tacking station; 01 BWH15A-S2W front welding station; 02 hydraulic stations.
• 1/2 line rear investment, main machine includes: 01 BWF15-S1 chain turnover station; 01 BWH15B-S2W rear welding station; 01 hydraulic station.  

Control System: 

The accompanying smart control unit corresponds to the two BWH15A-S2W, BWH15B-S2W welding stations. 

Uses the control unit and user interface screen from KEYENCE with two languages English/Vietnamese  

Welding Source:

• The BWZ15-S1 tacking station can flexibly use various MIG welding sources with a welding current of 350A or more.
• The two front and rear welding stations BWH15A-S2W, BWH15B-S2W, each use 04 Artsen CM500R Megmeet welding sources.
