Main Machine Frame Structure
The body of the Senfeng SF12038HT CNC Laser Fiber Steel Cutting Machine is designed in a sturdy inclined table form, convenient for feeding and discharging workpieces.
The machine body is designed in three parts, each with lifting holes for convenient transportation and cost-saving.
The machine adopts a triangular structure, providing better stability, greater load capacity, significantly improving impact absorption performance, and better operational performance.
The body of the CNC cutting machine is fully annealed after welding to eliminate residual stresses, ensuring uniformity throughout the machine body to enhance stability and long-term operation.

Workpiece Feeding and Discharging System
The machine's automatic workpiece feeding and discharging system facilitates quick workpiece transportation and convenient lifting. This system mainly consists of two parts: pipe transportation equipment and pipe support equipment. The pipe transportation equipment includes a transport rack, servo drive, and conveyor. The conveyor is equipped with a V-shaped support for transporting pipes.
The feeding and discharging system uses servo control, automatically adjusting the pipe center and chuck center coaxially, effectively solving the problem of low processing accuracy due to the sagging of long pipes. Additionally, the system can automatically adjust the support height according to the pipe diameter, always aligning with the chuck center, fitting the pipe surface to avoid hard collisions with the machine during heavy pipe cutting.
The system's structure is segmented, reasonably arranged, allowing for various cutting lengths while being convenient for transportation and easy maintenance later on.

Chuck System
The chuck uses a pneumatic self-centering structure, providing greater clamping force, fast clamping speed, without loosening or slipping heavy pipes, helping the pipe cutting machine achieve high accuracy and stability. The pipe clamp has a diameter of φ30-φ380, one pair of clamps, three-tier clamp grooves, easy replacement, and higher efficiency. Notably, the machine features four chucks used for reverse cutting to perform the entire pipe processing and meet the processing needs of long workpieces.
FSCUT5000A CNC Control System
FSCUT5000A is a control system specifically developed for pipe processing and suitable for four-chuck pipe cutting. The system supports square pipes, round pipes, racetrack-shaped and oval pipes, as well as specially shaped steels such as angle steel, channel steel, and I-beams; Processing with a trajectory accuracy of 0.02mm, positioning accuracy of 0.001mm, and repeat positioning accuracy reaching 0.003mm.
