Product Description
HYDRAULIC COMPENSATION TECHNOLOGY
The hydraulic compensation system consists of a series of oil cylinders arranged under the machine table, helping the machine table to relatively move and form an ideal logical curve, ensuring the relative position of the sliding beam does not change after bearing force. The compensation value is automatically calculated by the CNC control system based on the thickness of the metal plate, the degree of mold opening, and material properties.
PRESSURE BALANCE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
The differential pressure balance system is used to control the overflow flow of the hydraulic system and control the efficiency of the temperature rise of the hydraulic system, contributing to maintaining the long-term stability of the machine.

The workbench is equipped with a CNC-controlled hydraulic compensation system, limiting sagging when bending long products.
The standard back gauge has 2 CNC axes (X, R) driven by an AC servo motor, moved by a ball screw to enhance positioning accuracy.
