WMMS Registers on the Digital Technology Solutions Vietnam Map 2026

On the afternoon of May 28 in Hanoi, the Sao Khue Awards 2026 ceremony organized by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA) took place with the participation of many leading technology companies in Vietnam. This year's event holds special significance as it takes place in the context of the Digital Technology Industry Law officially coming into effect, creating a driving force to promote Vietnamese enterprises to develop and master digital technology platforms with national imprints.

Entering its 23rd year of organization, Sao Khue 2026 marks a transition to the "New Generation Sao Khue" model with many important changes such as applying a capability classification model according to 5 maturity levels, restructuring 8 key technology sectors, and for the first time announcing the Vietnam Digital Technology Solutions Map. The award is also highly regarded thanks to its rigorous, transparent evaluation process with 5 assessment rounds from application to practical verification.

Overcoming hundreds of nominations and many rigorous evaluation rounds from application to practical verification, Weldcom's Proactive Plant Performance Monitoring and Maintenance Software (WMMS) was rated 5 stars at the Sao Khue Awards 2026 – in the category of management and operation of industries/fields and was listed on the "Vietnam Digital Technology Solutions Map". This is also the second consecutive year Weldcom has been honored at this prestigious award.

In the context of mechanical enterprises increasingly focusing on production efficiency, data transparency, and operational management capacity, WMMS was developed as an IoT application equipment management platform, allowing real-time monitoring and supervision of machinery status. From the collected data, the system can analyze operational status, energy and material consumption, supporting enterprises in building proactive maintenance plans, reducing downtime, and optimizing production efficiency.

Therefore, the map is built as a reliable reference tool, providing an overview of Vietnam's digital technology ecosystem, while helping technology enterprises clearly position their products in the market. Dubbed as a new "handbook" of the digital technology industry, this system gathers solutions that have undergone evaluation and verification by independent experts in technology capability as well as practical implementation effectiveness. This is also an important reference basis for management agencies, associations, and related organizations to monitor technology development trends, thereby building orientations and policies suitable to market needs.
