SMARLINEiQ integrates a range of production coordination features, from receiving design drawings to assigning processing equipment, controlling robots, monitoring machinery, collecting data, and intelligent alerts using AI. The solution is suitable for steel structure, infrastructure, automotive, shipbuilding factories, etc., helping to enhance productivity, control progress - quality, and optimize long-term operational costs.

According to the Vietnam Association of Mechanical Industry (VAMI), the country currently has about 3,100 mechanical manufacturing enterprises with over 53,000 production facilities, accounting for nearly 30% of the total number of enterprises in the processing and manufacturing industry. In recent years, Vietnam's mechanical industry has recorded many positive changes, gradually mastering technology, increasing the localization rate, and expanding the market. However, a major bottleneck still lies in the technology level when 60-70% of domestic mechanical enterprises are still at an average level, while only 30-40% have access to higher-level technology.

In reality, businesses face a series of barriers such as inflexible management systems, outdated equipment that is difficult to connect, and high automation investment costs. Additionally, the lack of intelligent monitoring tools causes many units to be passive when incidents occur during production. Arising from the "pain points" of customers, SMARLINEiQ was researched and developed by Weldcom to transform traditional production models into smart and flexible automated production systems.

The software system has an API library to form an open system, allowing other development companies to integrate devices and services, software into SmartLine IQ. The software can integrate the smart Smarobics software to automatically control robots; integrate CAD/CAM software to create automatic programs in milling/turning; link Nesting/Sigmanest with the laser coil system, optimize the C process, enhance cutting performance, and minimize material waste.

The software automatically coordinates smoothly between machines, avoiding congestion or product stagnation. When errors such as collisions or sudden machine stops are detected, the system will immediately alert, adjust the operating speed to minimize impact, and help technical staff quickly handle the situation.

Monitor and evaluate operational performance
