Warranty Policy

Weldcom provides warranty/maintenance services for all products purchased through its store system, the Weldcom.vn website, its fanpage system, or through direct sales.
The warranty period for each product is specifically stated in the product information section on the website, or in the warranty card/warranty sticker included with the purchase, or in the sales contract.
For small-sized welding and cutting machines and power tools, customers can bring the products directly to the nearest warranty service location (store) or send them via courier.
For large-scale metalworking machinery and equipment such as laser welding machines, laser cutting machines, bending machines, robots, etc., customers can contact sales directly to schedule warranty and maintenance services.

In the event that the malfunction is determined to be due to a manufacturing defect and is still within the warranty period.
The product shows no signs of third-party tampering (external repairs) or customer-initiated repairs.
The goods are not affected by environmental factors (water penetration, corrosive chemicals, heat causing deformation, etc.).

This product was not purchased at Weldcom.
The product is out of warranty.
The warranty sticker is torn, missing, covered with another sticker, or modified.
The serial number on the device is unknown for any reason.
The product is damaged due to mechanical impact such as dropping, breaking, collision, scratching, denting, moisture, rust, or due to fire or natural disasters.
The product shows signs of damage caused by rodents or insects.
The product is damaged due to improper use, not following the instructions, or using the wrong voltage.
Accessories such as remote controls, batteries, power cords, signal cables, indicator lights, cooling fans, etc., that are attached to the device can malfunction and cause fires or explosions.
Unauthorized disassembly, modification of the product's structure, misuse, or use of incorrect components.
For products purchased from Weldcom that are out of warranty, Weldcom will provide repair services at a fee.
