Product Description
REAR SUPPORT SYSTEM
Monolithic structure using lightweight materials, ensuring high rigidity and fast operation speed. Standard equipment includes CNC X and R axes; rear support fingers move laterally on a circular guide rail system. Z1 and Z2 axes are standard on models from 35 tons and above.
MECHANICAL QUICK CLAMP SYSTEM FOR UPPER DIE
The mechanical quick clamp system allows for fast installation and replacement of the upper die. The upper die is installed from the front.
2V LOWER DIE CLAMPING SYSTEM
The lower die uses a T-shaped quick clamp system for 2V dies; optional mechanical clamp system for 1V dies.
