• Smart Heavy-Duty Welding Gantry GBH6000TA3 uses TANDEM welding technology
• Utilizes Triple power technology from AOTAI. The machine includes 1 welding torch. Each torch is composed of 3 welding sources including 2 ASAW1250-AC/DC sources and 1 ASAW1600 II source. The ASAW1600 II source goes first with DC welding mode. The 2 ASAW 1250 sources follow running AC mode. This arrangement helps optimize penetration and deposition rate. Using two 1600 sources, the machine uses 3 wires of 4.0 mm or 4.8 mm. The wide body of the machine allows the arrangement of 3 125kg wire coils, minimizing downtime for wire replacement.
• Welding gantry is equipped with an automatic flux feeding and recovery system, preventing flux spillage and waste. Additionally, the machine is flexible to run in Triple, Tandem, or single wire single arc mode. The intelligent welding controller with a Vietnamese touch screen can store welding programs.
• The welding head is controlled by a mechanical tracker with 2 automatic control axes, Z and X, to adjust the torch up, down, left, and right.
• Uses a probe sensor to automatically adjust the torch position without using a pressure roller, ensuring no axial and circumferential lines during welding. Minimizes the operator's adjustment of the torch position and wire protrusion height.
