Intelligent 3-in-1 Standing Welding Station IHH0815-S2 Bruco, also commonly referred to in the industry as (IHH Bruco Welding Portal), is the latest version developed and improved by Bruco. The machine has 3 versions: IHH0815-S2A, IHH0815-S2A1, and IHH0815-S2M.

The IHH0815 Bruco standing welding station integrates 3 functions of clamping, welding, and straightening on the same machine body, providing a flexible solution to meet customer needs, helping to increase productivity, optimize space, and cost. 

Bruco uses a common machine body for all 3 versions, maintaining high stability. The process of clamping/releasing the wing/web of the beam and the process of suction/discharge of flux are performed automatically. 

Additionally, it automatically supplies 2 auxiliary grounds directly to the beam and automatically optimizes the current with pre-integrated welding DATA. All operations are performed via a touch screen with 2 languages, English/Vietnamese, ensuring accurate user operation, avoiding confusion, increasing machine stability, and enhancing welding speed.

OUTSTANDING FEATURES

• Intelligent 3-in-1 Standing Welding Station IHH0815-S2 Bruco features a 2F welding position combined with Tandem MIG welding technology under flux, providing faster welding speed and higher weld quality. 
• The welding power source used for the machine is a robotic welding power source with many advantages such as a wide input voltage range, stability, and durability. The wire feeder of the welding power source has an Encoder to control the wire feed speed, ensuring stable welding current and weld quality.
• The IHH0815-S2A Bruco standing welding station (or IHH0815-S2A1) integrates a smart welding head with a laser seam tracking sensor combined with a servo motor, step, ball screw, allowing the welding head to be automatically adjusted to the correct welding position.  
• The IHH0815-S2M Bruco standing welding station adjusts the welding torch position manually.  
• Welding Portal is pre-installed with welding DATA, maximizing operational support, easy operator training, and optimizing labor costs.
• Equipped with a user data monitoring system, helping to evaluate work efficiency, measure welding parameters, welding time, and machine downtime for each production shift.
• Integrates Ethernet IP connection to connect to SCADA or MES systems. The data in the machine will be sent to the server to provide summarized reports by shift/day/month/quarter.
• The IHH0815-S2M standing welding station has a manually adjustable welding head.
• The IHH0815-S2A (or IHH0815-S2A1) standing welding station integrates a smart welding head with a laser seam tracking sensor combined with a servo motor, step, ball screw, allowing the welding head to be automatically adjusted to the correct welding position.
