• Blade clamping part: Constructed with 3 support points as guiding rollers, bearing load before guiding, the cutting blade is always attached to the upper frame and the lower blade makes the blade gap stable when the blade moves forward, when cutting different sheets the blade gap is adjusted for the highest quality cut surface.
• Cutting angle: For each different thickness of material, the cutting angle needs to be changed to achieve the highest efficiency when cutting
• Blade gap: when cutting different materials with the appropriate blade gap will give the most optimal cutting results. The device is equipped with a quick blade gap adjustment mechanism. The handwheel can adjust the blade gap manually and the gap value is correspondingly displayed on the gap board.
