1. Multi-functional folding mold

As a device specialized for thin products, the FBA Yawei automatic folding machine is capable of processing metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with thicknesses from 0.35 – 3.5mm. 

Notably, the machine is equipped with a multi-functional clamping and folding mold made of specialized steel and is fully operated by a servo motor. This allows the machine's blades to move flexibly in space to perform various profiles such as arc folding, flat folding, U-shaped folding, Z-shaped folding, closed shape folding, and even the most complex profiles.

2. Automatic material positioning

Testing on a fireproof door product with 1mm carbon steel, size 3050*1248mm, shows that the FBA folding machine works twice as fast as the CNC bending method and four times faster than the manual method. This result is achieved thanks to the device's structure, as the machine has two components that determine the main production speed: the clamping mold (mentioned above) and the automatic material positioning device.

The positioning and material feeding device of the FBA folding machine is responsible for accurately positioning, rotating, and transporting the material. After the material is manually fed, the positioning system will accurately determine the origin position of the metal sheet. Then, the material is clamped and moved to the folding area by the material feeding device. At this point, the rotating device and the material feeding device will adjust the position and rotation angle of the material, combined with the folding machine system using multi-functional molds to create different edges. Notably, the positioning and material feeding system also has a large worktable, integrated with a friction reduction device, effectively minimizing scratches on the metal sheet surface.

3. High rigidity machine frame

The frame of the folding machine has an open "C" shape structure, made from sheet steel, and after welding, the residual stress is removed before machining in one setup by the CNC machine system, making the machine frame sturdy, well-resistant to vibration, and achieving stability and accuracy during operation.

4. High-end accessories

In terms of standard configuration, the folding machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system from HERGMETIC - a top brand in China, helping the ball screw and guide rail operate stably for a long time. The Beckoff Controller from Germany with a 15-inch intuitive touch screen is stable and accurate, making it easy for users to operate.

The main movement of the FBA folding machine includes 3 axes: the pressing axis, the up and down movement axis, and the front and back movement axis, all controlled by a servo motor, DELTA driver from Taiwan, moving by ball screw, guided by guide rails, helping the machine achieve high accuracy during material feeding and finished product folding. The electrical system comes from famous brands like Siemens and Schneider, ensuring the machine runs reliably over a long period.
