Main stages of the production line

1. LASER COIL CUTTING   

The integrated laser coil station performs uncoiling, flattening, and laser cutting in one system, allowing direct processing from steel coil to finished detail without the need for intermediate sheet processing. The system helps save 6-10% material costs by optimizing nesting from the coil, saves 30-50% storage space for coil stock, and enhances cutting productivity thanks to the dual laser head configuration.

 

 

2. GANTRY FOR PICKING MATERIAL   

The automatic gantry robot performs picking after cutting, sorting, and distributing to subsequent stages according to the production plan. The system has a lifting capacity of up to 100 kg, repeat accuracy of 0.1 mm, and a working range of 5,400 × 4,500 × 1,400 mm, helping to completely reduce manual handling operations while ensuring the continuity of the production line.

3. PRESS MACHINE COMBINED WITH MATERIAL HANDLING ROBOT   

The automatic press machine uses two press machines with capacities of 110 tons and 125 tons, combined with a 6-axis robot with a load capacity of 20 kg, a reach of 2,000 mm for automatic material feeding and retrieval. The system achieves a pressing speed of 30-60 times/minute, allowing the execution of basic operations like punching, forming, and ribbing with high precision, meeting mass production requirements.

4. BENDING MACHINE COMBINED WITH MATERIAL HANDLING ROBOT   

The automatic sheet bending machine combined with a material feeding robot helps perform basic operations like edge bending, forming, and creating product edges with high precision. The system handles details with a thickness < 3mm, bending angles from 0-180°, suitable for water filter panel products.

5. PRESS BRAKE COMBINED WITH MATERIAL HANDLING ROBOT (OPTIONAL)  

The CNC press brake combined with an automatic material handling robot helps process details requiring high precision and frequent model changes.  

6. INTERMEDIATE CONVEYOR SYSTEM   

The PU conveyor system plays a role in continuously connecting stages in the production line, ensuring material flow from laser cutting to pressing, bending, and braking. The conveyor size is adjusted by Weldcom according to each enterprise's layout, helping to reduce intermediate transfer time, limit manual operations, and enhance the factory's overall automation level.
