• Smart Welding Gantry DH1500TA3 Bruco integrates the most advanced TRIPLE or TANDEM welding technology to enhance welding productivity significantly in the steel beam welding process.
• Gantry Welding Machine equipped with an automatic weld path tracking sensor system for each welding head. Avoids positional deviation during welding, especially when the beam is thermally deformed, the workpiece is unevenly clamped, or the beam has flange, web, or plate displacement.

• Welding Source: Uses 2 ASAW1250-AC/DC sources & 1 ASAW1600 II source
• Control System: 01 KEYENCE controller with English/Vietnamese languages

DH1500-S3A VERSION

Uses independent 3-wire 3-arc welding technology.

In S3 welding mode, the ASAW1600 II source is responsible for creating the weld with a welding current of 400-1600A DC, all completed by ASAW1600 II. Additionally, with the advantage of reasonable pricing and the proven quality of Weldcom welding machines in the Vietnamese market.

Smart Welding Gantry DH1500TA3 Bruco integrates laser sensors and servo motors to detect the weld path, enabling the welding machine to operate at high speed with stable and beautiful welds. Thanks to the use of laser probes, multi-layer welding becomes easy and precise.
