BRUCO HN15025 S2F14 14 Torch Welding Gantry is designed for large-sized steel components, with a processing length of up to 25 meters, suitable for H, I, K beams, general composite beams, and steel panels in the shipbuilding industry. 

The web height ranges from 150 to 2500 mm, and the flange width from 100 to 500 mm, meeting most large steel structures and panels in actual production. 14 SAW torches operate simultaneously, allowing multiple weld seams to be processed in parallel at the same time. This solution is particularly suitable for components with a high density of welds, such as shipbuilding panels or composite beams with many stiffening ribs, with productivity directly dependent on the number of welds completed in each cycle.

The most outstanding feature of the BRUCO HN15025 S2F14 14 Torch Welding Gantry is its ability to operate 14 welding torches simultaneously – equivalent to 7 head clusters, allowing 14 welds to be performed in parallel on both sides of the steel beam. This structure helps businesses significantly reduce the number of setups, shorten production time, and increase productivity many times compared to conventional equipment. The system uses 28 Megmeet CM500R welding sources (EMERSON – USA), ensuring stable output even under non-ideal voltage conditions – which is especially important in large production workshops operating continuously.

The welding gantry applies submerged arc welding (SAW) technology, ideal for thick welds requiring high penetration and consistent quality. This method not only significantly saves consumables such as welding flux and wire but also reduces smoke and spatter, increasing safety for the working environment.

Robust machine structure – Flexibly handles super-long, super-heavy beams

The body of the welding gantry is made from thick steel plates, reinforced securely, ensuring stable operation over a long period. The movement system uses P48 rails, with a standard rail length of 30m and a working amplitude of 16m – allowing easy handling of large, heavy, or up to 25,000mm long structural beams. The machine supports welding various beam types such as H, I, C, K, as well as specialized steel panels used in the shipbuilding industry. Beams have a web height from 150 to 2,500mm, flange width from 100 to 500mm, flexibly meeting many product types.

Comprehensive automation thanks to the FSC-Series intelligent control system

The biggest difference of the equipment lies in the FSC-Series intelligent control system, developed specifically for modern production environments. The touch interface supports Vietnamese – English, along with a library of pre-set welding parameters for each type of beam and material, making it easy for operators to use, without requiring high skills. The system also supports Ethernet connectivity, user permission based on login accounts, automatically saves operation logs: operating time, material consumption, performance of each shift – ready to integrate with MES or SCADA management software.

Laser sensors and servo motors – ensure absolute welding accuracy

Each welding head is integrated with KEYENCE laser sensors and controlled by 3-axis servos (lift – rotate – shift), ensuring adherence to the weld path even if the material has slight deviations in size or shape. This is an important factor to maintain weld quality meeting UT, VT standards in high-demand applications such as shipbuilding or large load-bearing steel structures.
