REAR SUPPORT SYSTEM
CNC axes are driven by AC servo motors, transmitted through precise ball screws and guided by linear sliding rails.
MECHANICAL QUICK CLAMP FOR UPPER DIE
The mechanical quick clamp helps shorten the time for changing the upper die. The upper die is directly installed from the front, convenient for replacement and adjustment.
T-SHAPED QUICK CLAMP FOR 2V DIE
The T-shaped quick clamp for 2V die allows for quick and convenient lower die replacement.
MECHANICAL COMPENSATION SYSTEM
The mechanical compensation system automatically adjusts according to CNC program commands, helping to compensate for table deformation and maintain a consistent bending angle across the entire length of the workpiece.

3. Servo Motor

4. GIVI Optical Scale
Two GIVI optical scales are installed on the ram frame, constantly monitoring the position of the Ram with micron-level accuracy under any conditions.
These scales are mounted on a special frame, completely isolated from any deformation caused to the C-frame structure during up/down movement.
5. Back Gauge Structure
The standard back gauge has two CNC axes (X) and (R), X travel is 500mm, speed 400mm/s; R travel is 200mm, speed 60mm/s driven by AC Servo motor, moving by ball screw, guided by drive unit, equipped with 3 back gauge heads (each head can move up and down by steering wheel), can move left-right manually along the guide bar.

It is a CNC ball screw axis, movement controlled by AC servo motor ensuring high movement speed and absolute accuracy.
- Speed: X: 400mm/s, R: 60mm/s with repeat accuracy up to 0.02mm.
