Main structure and features

• HGSK series guillotine shears are new generation of shear after and technical is introduced from European.
• Total European New Design，good Looking with specialty
• Frame and upper beam are of metal welded structure, the right and left frames, worktable and hold-down beam are welded together to form an integer, with an integer rigidity.
• The upper beam is able to move on the linear guide under the push of cylinder, to realize the shearing action.
• Back gauge is moved with imported ball screw, guided by linear guide, driven by digital AC servo motor. High positioning-precision and stable speed for working.
• Composed of a group of hold-down cylinders. Before upper beam going down, hold-down cylinder overcomes firstly the action of pulling spring to go down and press tightly sheet. After shearing the hold-down feet return up through the pull-force of pulling-spring.
• Three front supports are designed at the front of machine, for convenience to cut wide sheet, and two of them with rule for cutting longer sheet work piece
• Adopt special hydraulic guillotine shears system from Rexroth top brand from Germany，pressure can be calculated automatically according to width and thickness of sheet plate
• Hydraulic system is outfitted overload overflow protection，Oil level can be read or seen directly.，The machine is able to work continuously under rated load and hydraulic system shall have no any leakage, stable working, high precision positioning
• Electrical components are imported or from Sino-Foreign Joint Venture, in accordance with International Standards, reliable safety, long life, good anti-interference ability.
• Standard subsection blade with four edges.
