Create automatic welding program
Smarobics is a 3D mechanical design and intelligent robot control software, specifically used for welding robots with various applications.

The Smarobics software allows importing about 50 different file formats. Among them, when building welding paths and simulating on Smarobics, the software prioritizes using 3-5 standard formats such as STEP, IGS, IFC, STP. By directly importing the product's 3D design files, Smarobics automatically creates welding programs, recognizes material thickness, suggests welding parameters, and automatically calculates the amount of weld on the workpiece surface, even with parts that have gaps or complex deformations of composite steel beams.
Compared to the traditional manual programming method for welding robots, Smarobics allows the entire process to be performed automatically right in the design room, helping to shorten preparation time, reduce dependence on programming skills, and enhance synchronization in production.

Real-time simulation of the entire production line using robots. The key point is calculating welding time and being able to identify collision phenomena to promptly stop the system, avoiding losses.

Expandable customization capability
Starting from the intelligent software system for welding robots, Smarobics now has many modules such as real-time monitoring simulation, task distribution system for robot stations, applications for laser cutting machines, sandblasting, painting, etc. In the future, Smarobics will be an operating system for various types of robots from many brands with specialized tools for multiple fields.
