INSPECTION POLICY

Before receiving the goods and making payment, customers have the right to inspect the product. Trying the product before purchase is not supported.

Please open the package and check to ensure that the order delivered matches the product and quantity ordered. Do not try or use the product.

After agreeing to the delivered item, you pay the delivery person (in the case of cash-on-delivery orders) and receive the goods.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may refuse to accept the delivery. In this case, we will charge an additional return fee, equivalent to the shipping cost of your order.

Note: 

– When you check your order, the delivery staff must wait for you to check the goods inside the package. If the staff refuses to let you check the goods, please contact Weldcom.vn  via hotline: (024) 36522752 for assistance.

– weldcom.vn will not be responsible for the quantity, design, or defects of the product after the order has been successfully delivered.

– Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to prevent damage to the product inside. In cases where the product is damaged due to customer error, weldcom.vn regrets that we cannot assist you with product exchange/return/warranty.
