• Hydraulic system is from HAWE, Germany, a full loop electric-hydraulic proportional servo control; ( Complete set means that pressure valves block, synchronizing valves block, prefill valves block are all imported); oil pump is VOITH/ECKERLE(110T), Germany and main motor is WN brand.
• Worktable is equipped with automatic CNC controller controlled hydraulic crowning system
• Backgauge for 80-250 tonnes is equipped with B type backgauge. Standard backgauge has two CNC axis (X, R) which can move integrally up and down . For X axis, the stroke is 500mm, the speed is 400mm/s, For R axis: stroke is 200mm, speed is 60mm/s; which is driven by AC servo motor, moved with ball screw-shaft, guided by linear guide; equipped with three finger-stops which can manually move leftward and rightward along the linear guide

Ram structure

• At bottom dead center a pressure-keeping time is offered, and can be programmed to assure precision of all kinds of work piece

Hydraulic system

• Imported Heidenhain linear optical reader，guiding system，positioning system and hydraulic balancing system with high precision, which all can permit the processing work piece of full length or with eccentric
• Outfit with “C” is at throat, as deformation compensation on throat, directly measuring the distance between upper tool and low die, assuring the precision of work piece.
• Pipe fitting and seals of hydraulic system is imported from foreign country, good quality and high performance
• Overload overflow protection is outfitted to hydraulic system, which can assure no leakage
• Oil level can be read or seen directly

Back gauge position system

• Good for work piece needing multiple steps of bending with high precision requirement
• the speed of backgauge is fastest,and the precision is best in the domestic market
• X axis of back gauge is moved with ball screw, guided by linear guide, and driven by digital AC servo-motor. Back gauge is driven by digital AC servo motor
• Back gauge beam is box structure，with good enough mechanical strength and rigidity

Electrical system
